Update Rates

Instructions on how to update the rates for your listings on Stay

  1. Select 'Edit' on the listing you'd like to update and then click 'Rates' on the left menu

  2. To edit your base rate, hit the 3 dots to the right of the base rate and then click 'Edit'. Your base rate is the default rates for your listings for all dates and is required. If you'd like to select different pricing for specific dates (season pricing), you can click 'Add Date Range' from step 4

  3. Here you can update all the default values for your rates, including nightly rates, weekend rates, discounts, and minumum stays. Only nightly rates are required, and if no weekend, weekly, or monthly rates are inputted, they'll default to the nightly rates

  4. To add optional rates for a specific date range or season, select 'Add Date Range'

  5. IMPORTANT - Please make sure to hit 'Save and Continue' before you exit. The page does not auto-save so this button must be selected to save your information
