Streamline Integration

Instructions to connect your Streamline account to Stay

  1. Login to your Streamline dashboard

  2. On the admin home page click on 'Self-Service Onboarding' under the Third Party Integrations section

  3. Search for 'Stay' on the Integrations list (which may be on page 2), click 'Get Tokens' and then enter your password and select the box below
    ​

  4. Stay Tokens will be displayed after this process

  5. Integration will be marked as enabled in the List.

  6. Next step is to enable units using the tool: VRBO/Homeaway/TripAdvisor IDs

    Go to (Tools -> VRBO/Homeaway/TripAdvisor IDs)

  7. Select Channel Stay

  8. Click Generate Report, this will display all units available to be selected for the integration.

    Enable the checkbox for each unit you want to integrate with Stay.

  9. Click Update Settings. This action will update Company and Unit information sent to Stay.

  10. Once these steps are complete, your account will be connected with Stay. Please email our sales team at [email protected] and let them know that you've enabled your properties. Please include the email you use to log into Streamline and our team will then enable your bookings on our site within 1-2 business days
