Hello RentalsUnited customers! Please see this welcome video from our founder, HGTV's Scott McGillivray.
In order to connect your RentalsUnited properties with Stay, please follow the instructions below:
Log into your RentalsUnited dashboard and then click the 'Services' tab on the left
Click the 'Find Services' tab
Find Stay under the Sales Channels section by either searching for 'Stay' in the search box or scrolling down
Click the Down Arrow on the right of Stay to expand the section and then click 'Get Connected'
Your connection is now being validated in the background. If the validation is passed successfully, the Connection Wizard is launched and you can go to the next step. If you are not eligible to connect to Sales Channel, an error is displayed. Please fix any errors you see.
Follow all the instructions on the screen until your connection is complete.
Once you've successfully completed all steps and connected with Stay, please email [email protected] and let them know that you've connected your account and include the email used to login to RentalsUnited. Once approved, your properties will be displayed on Stay within 1-3 business days.
